Dean is a straight up honest a hard working very professional agent that will help you through all the steps for buying a new house. He always keeps you in the loop so you know what is going on at all times and if he don't know the answers he will find the answer. Buying a house is always scary and there is so many different realtors out there that could make your experience just awful but, with Parry you will never feel worried. If there was only one realtor left in this world I would want it to be Parry. From the start he made my experience of not only selling my house but, also buying my house just so easy and pain free. He will fight tooth and nail on your behalf and is not afraid to speak his mind when he feels someone is trying to screw you over. I could always rely on him with any question I had and not matter the time I could always get a hold of him, he was never out of reach. He helped me sell my house and buy a new one in only two months. To explain everything great about Parry I would have to write a novel. My recommendation is just to at-least sit down and talk with him. I highly recommend him as your realtor and will of course use him in the future when I need one again.
We sold 2 homes and purchased a home with him in a 3 month period. He did an AWESOME job. He sold both houses within days of them being listed. Parry is definitely the one we recommend if you are in the market for a realtor.

Parry was great through the whole process. We were first-time home buyers and weren't familiar with the whole process, but Parry was able to help simplify and navigate us through the process. Parry is a great guy who really cares about his clients! He always responded within seconds and was very honest about different options, recommendations, and everything we needed to know to make our house purchase. We recommend him to anybody - especially first time home buyers who don't know much.

Parry is a very quick responder, our first realtor didn't show up and Parry came speedily to help us out. He showed us around, pointed out the benefits of each condo, and was able to get the negotiation down in one day. He is quick, knowledgeable, and a great realtor.
Parry was extremely helpful in finding a home for my family. He was always available when we wanted to go see a property and he has remained available for additional questions and concerns after we closed this week. Parry did an outstanding job during my seven month ordeal in locating the perfect home for my family. The market was extremely hot during my search and I moved to the SLC area for work without my family, which only added to the difficulty. He was very patient during the process which included multiple offers and a ridiculous number of viewings. He is very knowledgeable in all categories to include homes, schools, restaurants and even musical venues. Parry ALWAYS responds to calls. His timely response was incredibly important due to the fact that homes were selling for more than asking within hours of being listed during the time of my purchase. Even though I was completely ignorant of Utah and the local housing market, he never pressured me into a decision, rather educated me on his successes of the past. We eventually found the perfect home. I sold two homes and purchased one in three different states. Each escrow had it's own difficulties (as usual). Parry was there to guide me during the process on all three and when it came time to close on the new house, he took care of all the headaches and made it happen. I'm happy to recommend Parry and will definitely use him in the future.

Don't waist your time with a realtor that is uneducated or inexperienced in the market. after a full year of trying to sell my home and multiple failed attempts with another realtor I met Parry! he and his team had multiple offers on my home the first day it was on the market. The sale of my home was finalized under 30 days and was sold over asking price. my wife and I found our new home and signed closing paperwork and got keys within 2 weeks! Highly recommend parry Ward and his team at The Luxury Agency! Very professional, Great communication, Always available for showings, and truly want your real-estate transaction to be as enjoyable as possible!
We had to sell in a difficult market with high interest rates and a declining market. Dean was on top of everything and was able to get us more than we expected. Everything is fast, low stress, and he is great at negotiating in your benefit. 11/10 recommend.
