Offer Review and Negotiation: Price, Terms and Deadlines
The best offer is not always the highest price. We lay every offer side by side: the price, what you net after credits, how strong the financing is, the contract deadlines and what the buyer is asking for. Then we negotiate for your price and your terms, and keep negotiating through the inspection and the appraisal.

We do this for clients across Salt Lake City, Bountiful, Holladay, Draper, South Jordan and Sandy, Utah.
How it works
What we do, step by step.
Every offer side by side
Price, credits asked for, loan type, down payment, earnest money and every deadline in the contract.
What each leaves you with
Your net sheet for each offer, so you compare what you keep, not just the headline price.
How sure each one is
Pre-approval letters checked, and the conditions that could let a buyer walk away.
A counter that works
We negotiate price and terms with the buyer's agent, in writing, on the timeline you choose.
After the inspection and appraisal
Repair requests and appraisal gaps negotiated with you before you answer.
What you get.
- A side-by-side of every offer
- A net sheet for each offer
- A plain explanation of every deadline in the Utah purchase contract
- Negotiation through the inspection and appraisal
One honest caution
We negotiate hard, but we cannot promise a price. Pushing too far can lose a good buyer; we will tell you when we think an offer is strong enough to accept.

Questions, answered
Questions people ask.
Look at what each offer leaves you with after credits and costs, how strong the buyer's financing is, the deadlines and any conditions. The highest price with weak financing can be worth less than a lower, surer offer.
