Buying a house is always scary and there is so many different realtors out there that could make your experience just awful but, with Parry you will never feel worried. If there was only one realtor left in this world I would want it to be Parry. From the start he made my experience of not only selling my house but, also buying my house just so easy and pain free. He will fight tooth and nail on your behalf and is not afraid to speak his mind when he feels someone is trying to screw you over. I could always rely on him with any question I had and not matter the time I could always get a hold of him, he was never out of reach. He helped me sell my house and buy a new one in only two months. To explain everything great about Parry I would have to write a novel. My recommendation is just to at-least sit down and talk with him. I highly recommend him as your realtor and will of course use him in the future when I need one again.

Parry is a very quick responder, our first realtor didn't show up and Parry came speedily to help us out. He showed us around, pointed out the benefits of each condo, and was able to get the negotiation down in one day. He is quick, knowledgeable, and a great realtor.

Parry did an outstanding job during my seven month ordeal in locating the perfect home for my family. The market was extremely hot during my search and I moved to the SLC area for work without my family, which only added to the difficulty. He was very patient during the process which included multiple offers and a ridiculous number of viewings. He is very knowledgeable in all categories to include homes, schools, restaurants and even musical venues. Parry ALWAYS responds to calls. His timely response was incredibly important due to the fact that homes were selling for more than asking within hours of being listed during the time of my purchase. Even though I was completely ignorant of Utah and the local housing market, he never pressured me into a decision, rather educated me on his successes of the past. We eventually found the perfect home. I sold two homes and purchased one in three different states. Each escrow had it's own difficulties (as usual). Parry was there to guide me during the process on all three and when it came time to close on the new house, he took care of all the headaches and made it happen. I'm happy to recommend Parry and will definitely use him in the future.

Annette Judd is one of the most impressive Real Estate agents in Northern Utah. She truly cares for her clients. As someone who works with hundreds of agents a year, I have to say that Annette is #1. I see/work with a lot of agents. Some are good. Some are not... But with Annette, time and time again I have seen her go above and beyond out of her way to make sure her clients are taken care of. She is incredible! I refer her to everyone I am close to because I trust her. She also is one of the most genuine people I know, and I highly suggest you call her, she will change the way you think about Real Estate, she truly is a rock star.
